An Associate in JTP’s London studio, Fraser has over five years of experience working on a range of projects throughout the UK and overseas.

His current projects include the Friary Quarter, a detailed planning application for a large brown-field site in the centre of Guildford, which is being delivered by the Berkeley Group. The project includes 735 homes, 30,000sqft of mixed-uses on the ground floor and the relocation of Guildford Bus Station. The project is seen as a major catalyst to stakeholders for the regeneration of Guildford Town Centre.

He is also currently working on the Phase 2 detailed application of the Wing – a new development in Cambridge which being delivered by Hill Marshall LLP and includes up to 400 new homes.

Previously, he has worked on Channels Phases 3 and 5 – a new neighbourhood consisting of 240 bespoke homes delivered by Home Group. The project is due to finish construction in 2021 and has already won a numerous accolades. He also played a key role in JTP’s winning entry to the Resilient Home design competition, which was run by The Sunday Times. The entry – A Home For All Seasons – incorporated a range of sustainable measures which helped tackle flooding, heat loss and gains, energy production and social infrastructure.

Fraser brings to projects his passion for creating great places that incorporate JTP’s core principles. He has worked on a wide range of projects from a single listed building, to entire new neighbourhoods with up to 5,000 new homes.

In his spare time Fraser likes to travel and experience new cultures, cooking, athletics and beekeeping.
