Emmet is a Partner at JTP, and an architect and urban designer with over 15 years’ experience. His knowledge extends across a variety of sectors including education, commercial and large scale mixed-use projects, both abroad and in the UK.

Emmet led The Green Quarter project, a high density mixed-use masterplan for 3,750 homes in west London. As well as leading the placemaking and design strategy, Emmet coordinated the design team in the delivery of the Section 73 Outline Planning Application for the site. Emmet also lead the detailed design of the first housing phase at the Green Quarter for 618 homes which included 180 affordable homes in London’s first strategic Housing Zone.

More recently Emmet led the design of a mixed use quarter at Wembley South West Lands. The high density project will deliver 850 mixed tenure homes, the majority of which will be Build-to-Rent (PRS). Emmet previously worked on the first phase of the Rugby Radio Station project, a sustainable urban extension of 6,200 homes in Rugby, Warwickshire. He also coordinated the design of the first phase of 900 homes and the accompanying Design Code and Regulatory Plan.

For a number of years Emmet ran a diploma unit at the University of Sheffield School of Architecture, and he has also tutored Urban Design at University College London and at the University of Arts, London.
