She is responsible for the management of projects, seeing them through various aspects of the design process, from concept design and community planning through to Outline Planning Applications, Design Coding and Developer Implementation Packs.

Emma’s projects include a new community of 395 homes at Caddington Wood, Bedfordshire; Kingston Grange, a 2,000 home, mixed-use settlement adjacent to the Jaguar Land Rover campus in Gaydon, Warwickshire; and Attleborough’s Strategic Urban Extension comprising 4,000 homes in Norfolk.

Other notable projects include a new mixed-use neighbourhood at the former Defence Science and Technology Laboratory (DSTL) site at Fort Halstead, Sevenoaks; Chilmington Green, a 5,750 home Garden Suburb for Ashford in Kent; and a 500 home CLT-led Garden Village at Kennett in East Cambridgeshire

In addition to Emma’s UK experience, she has also worked internationally in China and Finland on projects including Suzhou Eco Town, Dong Taihu and a Public Space Strategy for Tampere.

Emma is an avid traveller and explores new places and cultures whenever she can. As a keen foodie, if she isn’t cooking up a storm at home, she spends most of her spare time trying out the latest establishments in the London food scene.
