Associate
BArch (Hons) MArch

Having qualified as an architect in India, Elvina was awarded a scholarship to pursue a Masters in Architecture and Urbanism in 2007 at Edinburgh University.

As one of our Associates and Senior Urban Designers, Elvina predominantly works on residential-led urban extensions in the UK, from concept design and community engagement through to outline planning applications. Her expertise includes leading masterplanning project portfolios ranging from 60 homes extensions to villages to 4,000 home urban expansions of cities and towns, applying a design ethos where nature and community stay at the heart of projects.

In addition, her skills lie in visioning workshops where she has participated in a number of Charrettes in England as well as overseas including a 3,000 home extension to the town of Upplands Vasby in Sweden, and for Rublyovo-Archangelskoye, a development on the Moscow riverfront.

Elvina's notable projects at JTP include a mixed-use sustainable urban extension to Hereford City with 1,200 new homes, a primary school and a neighbourhood centre and the regeneration of Rugeley Power Station in Staffordshire into a sustainable new neighbourhood of 2,300 homes, alongside up to 1.2 hectares of mixed-use leisure, retail, and community spaces. Elvina is also contributing to a framework masterplan for Arun District Council for Land at Barnham as well as a masterplan for 4,300 homes, two local centres, two primary schools, and a sports hub.

Away from the office, she is a keen dancer, enjoys hiking and cycling, and spends all of her annual leave travelling far and beyond.

Elvina's notable projects include Land at Three Elms, a mixed-use sustainable urban extension to Hereford City with 1,200 new homes, a primary school and a neighbourhood centre, and an Outline Planning Application for 420 homes in Thornbury.
