Dominic is an architect and a Partner with JTP. He has extensive experience designing residential and mixed-use neighbourhoods for private developers, housing associations and local authorities.

He has led numerous award-winning, residential projects throughout the UK. These include French Quarter and Telephone House in Southampton, a mixed-use neighbourhood which acted as a catalyst for the regeneration of the wider area; and Queen Elizabeth Park in Guildford, an award-winning mixed-use project located on a former army barracks. He also recently completed one of the first Council funded affordable housing projects in North Warwickshire.

Dominic’s current work includes The Old Post Office, a key regeneration scheme in Kingston for St George in the heart of the town centre which breathes life into two Grade II listed, ‘Heritage at risk’ buildings and will provide 338 new homes; Bow River Village, a former brownfield site in East London which will see the creation of a mixed-use / mixed tenure environment that responds to the areas industrial heritage; and he is also leading Edenbrook, a sustainable community of over 300 homes in Fleet, Hampshire for Berkeley Homes, which also includes provision of a 24 ha Country Park and Visitor Centre, and 18 ha of formal and informal recreation open space.
