Debbie McCreath

Senior Architect

Debbie is a Senior Architect based in JTP’s Edinburgh studio. Her expertise lies in the residential sector, focussing on both domestic and larger scale housing schemes with further experience in the conversion of existing buildings. She also has extensive experience working on retail, leisure and commercial projects.

Since joining JTP, Debbie has been involved with a variety of large-scale residential and mixed-use development projects across the UK, including Medina Yard on the Isle of Wight and Hungate in York. She has developed bids and planning applications and participated in multidisciplinary design charrettes, including several schemes in China, such as the masterplanning of a new settlement in Luzhou Wine City.

More recently her involvement has been in the production of working drawing packages for various schemes, including South West Lands in Wembley; Daedalus Waterfront, a former Royal Naval Air Station on the South Coast; Napier and New Plymouth House in Rainham; and currently a high-rise residential project being delivered using modular construction in Lewisham.

Debbie has accomplished graphic and 3D CAD modelling skills which have been applied to various projects, from creating general masterplan massing models through to photo-realistic visualisations for planning applications and client bid documents.

Outside of the studio, Debbie is a keen traveller, loves the outdoors and keeping fit.
