BA (Hons) MA AssocRTPI

Daria is an Urban Designer at JTP and RTPI Associate, with a background in architecture and substantial UK-based experience in masterplanning and urban design. Her experience includes mixed-use and residential masterplans, airport, transport and infrastructure, industrial, leisure and retail-based projects.

At JTP, Daria has been involved in several large-scale UK-based residential projects for private and public sector clients. She was part of the team working on Fort Halstead, a new residential neighbourhood on a former military site in Kent surrounded by ancient woodlands, as well as on the Wisley Airfield masterplan, a 2000-home new settlement on a former WWII airfield in Surrey, helping to develop the masterplan Vision.

Currently, Daria is working on the proving layout for Spratsbrook Farm, and illustrative materials and a phasing strategy for the South Worcester Design Code, working collaboratively with the client, transport engineers, and landscape architects.

Outside of the studio Daria enjoys psychogeography, painting, reading historical fiction and sport activities.
