She is regularly responsible for urban design analysis, the production of masterplans and Design Codes, as well as developing block layouts and house types within smaller scale projects.

Chia-Yun has recently been part of the Medina Yard project team, a 5 ha scheme in Cowes on the Isle of Wight, which will regenerate a prominent, historic boat yard and waterfront at the mouth of the Medina Estuary. She is also working on Silvertown Way, a high-density mixed-use development in Newham, East London, which will deliver more than 1,100 homes. Chia-Yun is passionate about taking a sustainable and collaborative approach to the design process.

Away from the studio, Chia-Yun enjoys travelling the world, exploring new places and different cultures.
