Carl is an Associate in our London Studio with over 10 years of industry experience covering education, hospitality, commercial and residential sectors. His experience is predominantly centred around large scale, mixed-use, urban regeneration projects within the UK.

Carl completed his Masters in Architecture at the University of Greenwich, having previously undertaken his BA(Hons) in Architecture at the University of Kent. Since joining JTP, he has also completed his Part III architectural studies at Kingston University, and a Masters in Real Estate and Planning at Heriot-Watt University.

Upon joining JTP in 2015, Carl worked on The Green Quarter, a dynamic new urban quarter in West London comprising 3,750 homes and extensive mixed uses, and Alconbury Weald – a large scale residential-led scheme in Cambridgeshire.

Carl has also worked on a high-density Build-to-Rent scheme at Wembley Southwest Lands, and Leven Road Gasworks – a 2,800 home mixed-use neighbourhood in Poplar, east London which includes a new school and public riverside park on a former gasworks site. More recently, Carl has been the Project Architect for The Nicholson Quarter in Maidenhead which will see the regeneration of an existing three hectare shopping centre site into a new retail-led town centre, providing a range of retail, leisure, office, later-living and residential uses and new public square, knitted into the town’s urban centre.

Carl is an avid sportsman, playing hockey, tennis, badminton and football, as well as a keen outdoorsman and enthusiast for the natural environment.
