BArch DipArch MA

Anna is an Associate and Senior Urban Designer at JTP. She joined as a Part 1 Architectural Assistant, and has since gained a Masters in Urban Design from Westminster and Part II in Architecture, winning the 2017 Student Prize for excellent performance in design and nominated for a RIBA Silver President’s Medal.

Anna has worked on a number of JTP’s strategic projects, including developing the masterplans and methodology for Design Codes on Barton Farm in Winchester, Alconbury Weald in Huntingdon and Rugby Radio Station

She subsequently played a key role in a Section 73 application for Southall Waterside, a 44 ha new neighbourhood in Ealing, and has worked closely with the client for over five years, on various stages from due diligence and acquisition to strategic design and visioning. Through Southall Waterside, Anna has driven the practice’s use of BIM at an urban scale for complex masterplanning projects, creating an invaluable tool for the client and design team to test viability, design and composition options. This methodology is now an established way of working across the studio.

Anna has recently played a significant role in a competition-winning team on the design of a new neighbourhood of over 2,000 homes on a former gas works in East London, and is also project lead for a new Garden Village at Long Marston Airfield, near Stratford-Upon-Avon.

In 2017 Anna was selected to join RIBA Journal’s elite cohort of Rising Stars for her role in JTP’s most innovative projects and initiatives, helping drive the practice towards new and exciting achievements.
