BA (Hons) MArch ARB

Amelia is an Associate at JTP, currently working on multiple planning applications around the UK.

Her current projects include Solar Serena Sunrise, an existing sheltered housing estate in Hornchurch. The site is being brought forward as part of the estate regeneration portfolio being delivered by a JV between Havering Borough Council and Wates Residential. The proposal is for a new retirement community of five new buildings containing 178 apartments, arranged around a central landscaped space. Throughout this process Amelia has been part of various social value initiatives, such as workshops with young people using the computer building game Minecraft, and community gardening across the London Borough of Havering.

Amelia has worked on projects in and around London, including low and high density neighbourhoods for a wide range of clients. She has a passion for concept design and enjoys challenging sites which require careful thought and consideration.

Other recent work includes Daedalus Waterfront in Lee-on-Solent, the first project in Homes England’s new national accelerated delivery programme and part of the wider regeneration of the former Royal Navy Air Station.

Amelia brings to projects her passion for community engagement and has experience collaborating adeptly with a multitude of stakeholders.

Outside of the office Amelia enjoys running, cooking and collecting exotic plants.
