Aleksandra 'Ola' Likus

Ola is an Associate at JTP, and joined the practice after graduating from the Wroclaw University of Technology in Architecture and Urban Planning in Poland.

She has extensive experience with residential neighbourhood of various scales, including new builds, conversions and alterations. The wide range of projects she has been involved in, both at preliminary and detailed design stages, has allowed her to develop her skills and become an integral member of the practice.

Ola has recently led several Reserved Matters planning applications for projects located in Kent. One of these is the final phase of Holborough Lakes, a new neighbourhood of 153 homes within the overall Holborough Lakes masterplan, designed contextually around a series of lakes. 

Another of Ola’s recent projects has been the detailed design of the first phase of Chilmington Green, an overall 5,750 home new Garden Suburb for Ashford in Kent. This application for over 300 homes begins a formation of exciting new community spaces with retail, social and recreational facilities, secondary and primary schools.

Outside of work, Ola’s hobbies include photography, sketching and oil painting. She is a keen gallery-goer.
