Our Team

We believe that our success is wholly due to the effort and creative ability of the talented people who work at John Thompson & Partners, and we place great importance on making our studio a stimulating and enjoyable place to work.

Our open plan studios are laid out to encourage communication and knowledge sharing, a gathering space for creative team working, and study areas for quiet thinking.

Projects are carried out in small, multi-disciplinary teams to allow individuals greater involvement, design input and responsibility, as well as the opportunity to work collaboratively with highly experienced or specialised colleagues.
