John Thompson & Partners are delighted to announce that it has been named the Employer of the Year at the 2012 AJ100 Awards ceremony held at the Grange Hotel, London. The award recognised staff satisfaction, workplace culture, benefits and staff turnover.
The judges acknowledged that JTP offers "a comprehensive package of well thought-out employee benefits, including private health insurance, six months paid maternity leave and enhanced paternity leave, as well as an innovative pension scheme. There is a strong commitment to career development, with individual training budgets and an internal management development programme."
The AJ100 remains the authoritative survey of the largest architecture practices in the UK and the annual awards celebrate the most innovative and successful practices.
