John Thompson & Partners are thrilled to announce the practice has been shortlisted for three 2012 AJ100 Awards.
This year the practice is nominated for: Employer of the Year, Regional Practice of the Year (London & South East), and Regional Practice of the Year (Scotland).
This is the fourth consecutive year that JTP has been shortlisted in the AJ100. Last year, JTP was shortlisted for Employer of the Year and Regional Practice of the Year (Scotland).
AJ100 Employer of the Year considers the best practice for employees, judged on HR issues including staff satisfaction, workplace culture, benefits and staff turnover. Our submission detailed the initiatives we have put in place to help train and motivate staff and to maintain our traditionally low staff turnover. The shortlist was announced following an anonymous online questionnaire completed by employees.
The 2012 award winners will be announced on 16 May at the Grange Hotel, St Pauls, London.
