We are excited to share the news that JTP has been shortlisted for the BD Masterplanning & Public Realm Architect of the year – for the second year in a row!
Having won the award for Masterplanning & Public Realm Architect of the Year in 2016, we’re honoured to have been recognised for our consistent hard work and performance in this field. The awards are a fantastic opportunity for practices like us to showcase our projects to a wider audience, demonstrating design excellence and the full and interesting range of our work.
Marcus Adams, Managing Partner, JTP
Our shortlisted projects represent the breadth and diversity of our current portfolio, comprising Southall Waterside, a strategic masterplan on a significant brownfield site in Ealing, West London; Medina Yard, a mixed-use waterfront regeneration for Cowes, Isle of Wight; Alconbury Weald, a new garden village on a 580ha former airfield in Huntington and Brunel Street Works, an exemplary large-scale urban quarter in Canning Town, East London.
Close to 300 entries were received this year, marking a new record for the prestigious annual awards, now in its 14th year.
