The Best Companies Accreditation Standard follows the elite Michelin style star rating system for organisations, and is determined by employee feedback collected via the Best Companies survey.

JTP places great importance on employee welfare and well-being. Our team highlights of 2016 included the annual company trip abroad, which saw the entire team descending on Stockholm for a long weekend of study tours and cultural exploration, and our success in the Building Good Employer Guide, in which we achieved a top 3 position out of the 200+ companies that entered.
We firmly believe in sharing our success, and continue to lead the way through the innovative and generous benefits we offer. In 2016 we introduced a long service award, providing those with over 10 years’ service with an additional 5 days holiday each year. We also offer a pioneering housing support loan that has enabled 10% of employees to get a foot on the property ladder.
