Redevelopment of Atkinson Morley Hospital Site: Updated 19 July 2010

JTP have been appointed by Berkeley Homes (Urban Renaissance) to work on the redevelopment of the Atkinson Morley Hospital in Wimbledon, London. The site includes an 1860's Hospital Building with adjoining ancillary buildings and land, part of which is designated Metropolitan Open Land. A planning consent is already in place for the site consisting of 94 units. The site was previously owned by Laguna Quays until April 2010 when it was purchased by Berkeley Homes, who have appointed JTP to evaluate the existing planning consent and seek to improve the proposed scheme where possible. Part of this exercise will involve engaging with local residents and stakeholders to understand any issues and concerns.
