Evelyn is an Urban Designer at JTP with an architectural background, having completed her full architecture degree at Victoria University of Wellington, New Zealand. Evelyn gained significant experience at an award-winning architectural design firm in Wellington before relocating to Europe.
With JTP Evelyn has been involved in developing several mixed-use masterplans at varying scales including Badshot Lea Garden Village, Kennett Garden Village, Fairoaks Garden Village, Ninefields in Waltham Abbey, and Kingston Grange. She particularly enjoys the community planning aspect of these projects and fervently believes in the participatory planning process JTP employs.
Evelyn has a keen interest in sustainability and in 2013 received a scholarship to attend the ‘Making Cities Liveable / Sustainable Transformation Conference’ in Melbourne, Australia. She continues to develop this interest and promotes a sustainable approach in all of her work. In her spare time, Evelyn is passionate about understanding places and culture through food, travel, and languages.
