Daisy joined JTP as an urban designer in June 2014. She studied Town Planning at the South China University of Technology before completing her masters in urban design at the University of Newcastle upon Tyne. Since then, she has worked in her hometown, Guangzhou, as an urban designer and has gained experience on a wide range of large-scale projects in China, including new-town extensions, landscape design, business park planning and mixed-use development.
Originally based in JTP's China studio, Daisy has worked on several large-scale masterplaning projects such as Kunshan Yangcheng Lake Resort and Luzhou Wine City in China, mainly focusing on strategic vision planning and feasibility studies. Having relocated to the London studio, she is currently working on a range of brownfield mixed-use development projects in the UK, including Medina Yard, Battersea Power Station and Silvertown Way.
In her spare time, she enjoys travelling, baking and swimming.
