Cindy is an architect at JTP with extensive experience on a range of residential and mixed-use schemes.
Cindy’s recent projects include the award winning St Clements Hospital, a former workhouse infirmary in Bow, East London which will be the first urban Community Land Trust (CLT) in the UK. New additions create a respectful setting for the Grade II Listed buildings and a sequence of public spaces with new pedestrian routes, opening up the former walled site.
Her masterplan experience includes Newhall, an urban extension to the town of Harlow which forms part of a wider masterplan for 2,000 new homes; and the successful planning approval for the first phase of Barton Farm which will deliver 425 new homes, part of a new suburb in Winchester.
Cindy was also part of the team which was successful in gaining planning approval for Dickens Yard, a high-density development of 698 residential units and a new retail quarter along Ealing Broadway.
Cindy previously worked for Commission for Architecture and the Built Environment (CABE). Her work included delivering design reviews for the Building Schools for the Future programme (BSF); and assisting with both the 2012 London Olympic Games and London Crossrail design reviews.
